Dance of the Storks
2020Two storks in the castle gardens of Arcen (NL). When two storks sit on their nests, they declare their love to each other with spectacular beak flapping. 2020Image of a french landscape. The source of this work is a 35mm black-and-white negative recording of a landscape in the Auvergne, Massif Central, which I made. The scanned negative has been processed with the help of various digital techniques in such a way that it resembles an expressionist painting, where Van Gogh might just have left the image.
