Impressionist image of a city at night. Originally a black-and-white negative photograph - using a slow shutterspeed - made by me in 1988 in the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The photograph has been modified using several digital processing tools in order to generate a coloured image resembling an impressionist sketch.
